Ball Python Cultivation Process
After we have this ball python, the next thing you need to know is how to cultivate this snake. Because for some hobbyists the cultivation process is also very important for you to know. Even if you don't breed ball pythons some of the males will go on hunger strikes for months until the heat is gone. For that you also have to have a partner for this snake. The following is a process that you should know when cultivating a ball python.
Make sure the gender first
This process is the most important thing you should know, because for a breeding there must be a female and a male to fertilize each other. There are two ways to find out if a snake is male or female, namely probing and popping.

| Probing |
Probing is the process of checking the snake's sex using a special tool. We just need to insert the tool into the snake's cloaca hole. If the result is short, only about 3 scales, then the result is a female snake and if the result is about 3 more scales or deep enough. So the result is a male. The drawback of checking the snake's sex is, if you want to be too eager to enter the sexing probing tool then you can injure the cloaca hole on the snake. For that, use a tool so that the sexing tool is slippery, so you don't have to touch it excessively.

| Popping |
Popping is the process by which the hemipenis is expelled by us from inside the snake as shown in the picture. This process can't actually be arbitrary, because if you do something wrong, you can hurt the snake. And to remove the hemipenis in snakes is quite difficult, especially if you are a beginner. The result that the female gets is the release of a relatively short hemipenis, but if you get a long hemipenis, the result is a male.
There are actually only 2 ways to check the sex of snakes. Regarding visuals, it's fairly inaccurate, because some people still like to make mistakes when checking visually. For that you must need an expert to check the sex of the snake.
